Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold the appropriate licenses required to play music publicly in their venue or event, including compliance with streaming platform terms and local public performance licensing requirements.

3. Use of Deliverables

Playlists and music systems created by Overtone are intended for use by the commissioning client or venue. They may not be resold, redistributed, or presented as original work created by another party.

4. Limitation of Liability

Overtone is not responsible for licensing compliance, streaming platform restrictions, playback systems, or operational conditions in client environments.
